Luca Matteoli
Managing Partner
Luca brings 15 years of experience advising corporate clients, founders, and financial sponsors on M&A transactions, strategic initiatives, and capital structure solutions.
He covers the Food and Agriculture value chain globally, from upstream to downstream, including agricultural inputs, ag technology, primary production and processing, ingredients, manufacturing, and branded food.
Throughout his career, Luca has developed senior level relationships worldwide by sharing sector insights, connecting networks, and building strategic dialogue with founders, CEOs, and boards. He has advised clients on the strategic rationale and positioning of key initiatives and executed event related transactions across M&A and capital raising.
Over his career, Luca has led buy side and sell side transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on delivering independent advice aligned with long term value creation. His experience spans public and private companies, growth-oriented businesses, and institutional investors across the Americas, Europe, and other international markets. He combines deep sector specialization with a practical understanding of the operational, regulatory, and sustainability dynamics shaping the various ecosystems.
Luca holds an MBA in Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a BSc in Economics from LUISS Guido Carli, and has completed executive education at MIT.
Luca is registered with FINRA and holds the Series 63 and 79 licenses.
